NORTHBANK COTTAGE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HOLIDAY RENTALS

The cottage is let (for the period of the dates requested on the reservation form) to the person whose name was submitted on the online reservation form and whose signature is at the bottom of this form.
The cottage cannot be assigned or sub let or given to any person without permission in writing from the proprietor
Dates are as requested and approved on the online reservation form.
Arrival day check in 4:00 PM
Departure day check out 11:00 AM
Differing arrival and departure times may be available on certain dates.

Reservations are secured by receipt of advance deposit.
The Balance is to be paid six weeks before holiday dates or by agreed alternate arrangement.
If the holiday start date is less than six weeks from the date of booking then the full amount must be paid in advance.

CANCELLATION
In the event of a customer canceling their holiday reservations, all monies paid will be non-refundable unless a rental is secured for the cancelled dates. Customers are advised to arrange appropriate personal insurance to cover possible cancellation losses. In the event the reservation is cancelled by the proprietor at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond the proprietor's control or for any other reason compensation will be limited to the total monies paid to the proprietor by the customer for that holiday,
During the stay

• Occupants are to act and conduct themselves with consideration towards the immediate and surrounding neighbors.
• Occupants are to take all reasonable precautions against causing breakage or damage to t4e buildings, the gardens, the fixtures and fittings both inside and outside, the decorations of the rooms, the electrical equipment, the furnishings, carpets, beds, and any other contents.
• All breakage and/or damage must be reported to the owner as soon as possible.
• The repair and replacement costs of any breakage or damage will be paid by the person whose name was submitted on the online reservation form and who has signed this document accepting these terms and conditions.
